Does this sound like you?

  • You feel stuck, and you can’t quite explain why.

  • Your mind won’t switch off, even when you’re exhausted.

  • You look fine from the outside, and it takes everything to keep it that way.

  • You’ve started avoiding things you used to do without thinking.

  • You’ve wondered if this is just how you are now.

  • You've lost connection with things you used to love, people you care about, places that used to bring you joy.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

Maybe you're exhausted from intrusive thoughts, rituals or replaying the same worries over and over. It often gets louder when life asks more of you: a new job, moving in together, a wedding, becoming a parent. Therapy can help you spend less of your day inside your head, and more of it in your life.

Whatever you choose to share, I won't be shocked. Intrusive thoughts can be dark, upsetting and taboo, and they can be a symptom of OCD. I've heard them many times before, and I'll meet yours with curiosity and care.

I know how big a step it is to trust someone with your inner world, so please take your time. Whenever you feel ready, I'll be here.

I am Charlotte, a BABCP‑accredited CBT therapist and EMDR practitioner specialising in OCD, trauma and anxiety, particularly in the perinatal period.   I provide structured, evidence‑based therapy that is practical and tailored to your individual needs and have tailored how I work to support neurodivergent people.

I am an event florist in my personal time and by learning through my own experience and holding floral workshops, I see the benefit mindfulness through flowers can offer people - hence the name "The Floral Therapist". We can incorporate that into our therapy sessions to support nervous system regulation, and active mindfulness in sessions.

I'm also someone who loves to travel, see the world, spend time with people who bring joy and interest to my world; and I know how our brains can get in the way of that and how we sometimes need help to find our way back.

Why choose me as your therapist:
• Specialist training in OCD, trauma and perinatal mental health
• Clear, collaborative treatment plans so you always understand the focus of our work
• Support that is compassionate yet goal‑oriented, helping you face fears at a pace that feels safe

• Neuro-affirming led care and treatment.
• Flexible online sessions suitable for busy professionals and parents

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or distressed by your internal world, you do not need to manage this alone. Together, we will work towards meaningful relief, increased confidence and a life with more room in it.
